Do you trade or swap your chips for others?

The quick answer is no.
We know some companies offer trade ins like "For every 1 chip you give us we'll give you 3".
We don't do offers like this for several reasons:
1. It is not environmentally friendly. We can't reuse those chips. They would have to be put disposed of. We'd much rather you use them first.
2. Someone has to pay for the chips. Generally these costs are passed onto the pet owner who pay a high fee to register the microchip or update their details.
